★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great teams, great seats, great pitcher styles, some games were close, great crowds, tough umpires, great volunteers, could be more food trucks available, nice rawlings equipmemt, a few bat girls and of course the the ball park hot dog was so so. Can't wait for the Americas Softball Olympics Qualifier, finding 2 teams to participate in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. Great day, Thanks ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live that they have a fully netted playground right next to the ball diamond. It sucks going to parks with little ones when you want to watch the older siblings games but have to supervise the younger children. This way it's best of both worlds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful fields. Lots of spectator bleachers. Wonderful pub and restaurant, food and service. Nice big clean bathrooms. Lots of parking. Scenic old growth trees surrounding. This is a great place to spend the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented out a softball diamond for my friends 21st Birthday! It was amazing! Totally worth it! The staff was amazing, Amber in particular! She made it easy, effortless and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! If you are thinking of renting out a field or diamond for a party, DO IT! It is a great experience and Softball City really tries to make it as simple and fun as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time at the Americas Softball Qualifying for the 2020 Olympics. Venue was excellent with food trucks, a concession stand, beer stand, and souvenirs. Not sure what regular events are like here, but it’s a nice venue. A couple of additional food trucks would have been great for a wider choice of food options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This whole area is the best I have seen for both players and parents or fans. The place has a great refreshment area and plenty of great places to watch the games going on all around. Besides the softball fields there is soccer fields hardball fields etc in the area. Surrey has certainly made this the go to place for young people sports teams

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Softball City was a really great baseball park to great memories for our team. We were here this past weekend competing in the girls fastball Canada Cup Tournament and it was great. The park is really big, 3 diamonds I think and super clean. There is a netted kids playground which is spectacular for keeping the siblings safe and the parents can just focus on the game. We wish all ballparks netted the playground.
The washrooms were nice and big and clean as well. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it had a great balcony patio that you could relax on while watching a game.
It is in the same location as the Surrey Athletic Park which means the water park is just on the other side of the parking lot.
Speaking of parking, there’s tons and that is great. Even with a huge tournament there was never a moment where we could find any parking.
Softball City did a great job hosting the Canada Cup. It was well organized and the perfect venue to have a tournament that size at it. We will definitely be back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility for softball. Restaurant is OK at best, but pretty much what you'd expect from a ball diamond. Field 1 is a great set up with proper dugouts. All fields have lights and the diamonds are well kept. The grounds crews are efficient and seem to be well trained.
