(Charny) Very bad service and concierge extremely adequate and unpleasant. To read the others, I am not alone to have dealt with this plague.

Très facile de critiquer l’es locataire mais quand il est temps de réparer quelque chose c’est interminable ! Et les travaux sont énormément long même sans fin ! Very bad service as said by the other reviewer! Very easy to criticize the tenant but when it's time to fix something it's endless! And the work is enormously long even endless!

M.Leclerc ne répond JAMAIS au téléphone... FORTEMENT DÉCONSEILLÉ!!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed, The two concierges have no responsibility ... they do not want to rent their premises ... too bad for the owner ... no useful communication ... M.Leclerc NEVER answers the phone ... STRONGLY DISCOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!
M	Mikaël Posset on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À la recherche d'un loyer j'appelle, au moi de mars, pour un annonce placée la veille pour un logement de Charny. Mme. Louise Mimeault me répond que le logement ne sera Libre que pour le 1er mai et de rappeler plus tard. Je lui demande donc pourquoi afficher le loyer s'il n'est pas prêt. Ce à quoi elle répond agressivement que c'est ses affaires et qu'elle n'aura aucune difficulté à louer de toute façon. Je la rappelle donc environ 1 mois plus tard pour savoir ce qui en est et si je pourrais visiter. Elle me répond (de façon très bête) de ne pas rappeler avant le 26 avril (aujourd'hui) en me disant que le locataire avait à être expulsé avant de pouvoir planifier des visites. Je l'ai donc rappelé aujourd'hui, première heure possible poru me faire répondre qu'il est déjà loué de façon encore plus bête que la première fois et lorsque je lui fait part de mon mécontentement sur leur façon de faire, elle m'as pratiquement envoyé promener. j'ai mis 1/5 parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre 0/5. In search of a rent I call, in the month of March, for an ad placed the day before for a lodging of Charny. Mrs. Louise Mimeault answers me that the accommodation will be available only for May 1st and to call back later. So I ask him why show the rent if he is not ready. To which she responds aggressively that it is her business and she will have no trouble renting anyway. I recall it about 1 month later to find out what is and if I could visit. She tells me (in a very stupid way) not to call back before April 26 (today) telling me that the tenant had to be evicted before he could schedule visits. So I reminded him today, first time possible for me to answer that it is already praised in a way even more stupid than the first time and when I tell him my dissatisfaction with their way of doing it, she told me have practically sent for a walk. I put 1/5 because I could not put 0/5.

Il s'acharne sur nous depuis notre arrivé en mai dernier pour des raisons encore inexpliqué si je pouvais je donnerais définitivement la note de zéro sur cinq. Great apartment, concierge number 1 no problem on that side but the manager Bernard Leclerc a real 2 of spades. He's been on us since we arrived last May for reasons still unexplained if I could I would definitely give the score of zero out of five.

Lorsqu'il y avait un problème à mon logement, le service était rapide et bien fait. C'était un bloc très calme avec des gens super agréable! Je recommande sans hésitation! I lived for 4 years in an Arbois accommodation in Charlesbourg and I have always had excellent service! The block was always very clean and well maintained. When there was a problem with my accommodation, the service was quick and well done. It was a very quiet block with super nice people! I recommend without hesitation!

Ils prennent immédiatement en compte la problématique lorsqu'il y a lieu et cherche une solution ou corrige tout simplement. Charlesbourg I am very satisfied with the services of Arbois. Both the concierge, Mr. Thomassin, and the manager, Mr. Lépine. They immediately take the problem into account when appropriate and seek a solution or simply correct it.
