★ ★ ★ ★ ★ une des pires compagnie de transport a trois-riviere, il skip parfoit des arret ou son tres en retard ou tres en avance (etre vous capable d'arriver a l'heurs demande?). l'attente est tres long, il devrais mettre deux autobus par example a st-louis pour qu'il ne passe pas seulement au heurs!!!! et des personne moins INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La desserte du nouveau réseau est très mal répartie, les correspondances sont difficiles à obtenir, les temps d'attentes sont affreusement longs et attendez-vous à marcher de grandes distances avant d'atteindre un arrêt ou votre destination!
Aussi, prévoyez de passer un certain moment à démêler les horaires qui sont complexes!
Par contre, les chauffeurs s'efforcent d'offrir un excellent service malgré tout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis au Séminaire Saint-Joseph et le soir je dois prendre la STR-C. Il y a tellement de monde dans l'autobus que je suis debout à côté du chauffeur et de la porte. Toutes les personnes se colle et se touche (Sans faire exprès, parce que nous sommes obligés). Aucune mesure d'hygiène y est. Les bus ne sont pas lavé à la fin d'un transfert. J'ai appelé pour faire une plainte et la madame nous a répondu "c'est légale". Sérieusement ? Je paye assez cher pour mon transport et je risque de contracter la Covid ?
I am at Saint-Joseph Seminary and in the evening I have to take the STR-C. There are so many people on the bus that I am standing next to the driver and the door. All the people stick and touch each other (Without doing it on purpose, because we have to). No hygiene measure is there. Buses are not washed at the end of a transfer. I called to make a complaint and the lady replied "it's legal". Seriously? Am I paying high enough for my transport and I risk contracting the Covid?

MADAME la conductrice ne te regarde même pas et te laisse planter à attendre à la pluie battante. SAMEDI ... Autobus au heure et 5 minutes OU PEUT ÊTRE DANS 2 HR 30 .... Les bureaux sont fermés! HEY! Trois Rivières ça fait dur! MAIS HEY! 11 MILLIONS POUR L'AÉROPORT !! YESSSSSS SIR !!
PUIS LES TAXIS ! La dernière fois j'en ait utilisé j'avais attendu DEUX HEURES pendant les GROSSES chaleurs de juillet ... MAIS HEY! sont quand même plus vite que l'ambulance pour laquelle j'avais attendu TROIS HEURES en février dernier! """" TROIS-RIVIÉRES j'arrive ! """ ... Peut-on poursuivre pour publicité trompeuse ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les bus passe 5 min d'avance ou 10 min de retard quand ça leurs tente, la 13 face matteau par exemple elle passe souvent d'avance de 5 min et ne respecte pas l'heure convenu sur le site de la sttr. Donc moi qui sors à 6 min d'avance qui marche 1 min pour se rendre, je la vois me passer dans face ... bravo le chauffeur de la sttr à cause de ton manque de discipline je manque 30 min de travail ! Et même si je regarde dans l'appli transit, l'heure n'est pas respecter. #Sttr vous devriez remonter les pantalons de vos chauffeur pour qu'il marche plus droit ça fais pitié.
