★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star rating is not for the company itself...but for their phone service...it wouldn't take my BCID number...and I don't have a 3 digit number to use...that's really annoying and they need to just go straight to the phone call and start answering the phones again like normal people...I really don't like the way phone calls are now with businesses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I have come here the line up has been super long the security guard has very little empathy and not very many people seem happy with the services including myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont show up at 11:45 or after 3pm they will not let you in. Lineup starts at 7am on cheque issue dates. Don't bother even going to the office after 3 on Wednesday and if it's past 10:30 be aware you're lining up for after lunch and they reopen at 1. You cannot leave your spot and there are no line holding bargains held. You will get kicked to the back or denied service until the next following day. You may smoke in the line just keep away from the door and be mindful of children and others be respectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time I'm there for a quick visit unless it's the day before cheque day, cheque day , or the day after cheque day. I understand that everyone needs a break I just think that on these particular days it would be nice to have break coverage that way everyone is happy and doesn't end up getting a door shut in there face by a security guard who requires sensitivity training.
