I had loads of fun and felt pretty at ease participating in the improv activities with a bunch of strangers, which is totally out of character for me. The class atmosphere at SoCap makes people feel safe to let go of their ego and judgement of themselves and others and focus on truly listening to and supporting those participating with them. I plan to take the 8-week course. Highly recommended

Super laid-back atmosphere, nice layout to enjoy the show. Great drinks and service. All performances were amazing!

The class was two hours long but flew by in a blink of an eye which was a testament to how much fun we were having. I would recommend it to anyone. If you are on a journey geared towards personal growth and self love - this would also be a helpful activity for understanding yourself better and feeling a sense of community. The instructor (Ralph) was brilliant - very funny & philosophical - which helped to make every part of the experience liberating.
