I will be take the evidence and video footage to ICBC. You company is HORRIBLY run and needs to be reviewed by ICBC and CVSE for compliance.
R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read the last comment by Nathan, OMG I had a similar experience just recently. One of the drivers damaged my vehicle as he loaded his pallet and buckets fell on my car. I contacted Carlos Silvestre(warehouse manager apparently) and he just said no he did not do anything. Horrible, miserable people who work for at SNOW cap who can't take responsibility of their actions, YOURE TERIRBLE. You will fix my car.
A	A S C X N S I O N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently snow cap tells their drivers to park outside of residential buildings, in their personal space. Rather than park an extra 10 feet away where there's a large parking area for trucks. Even if you informed them that they are parked outside of a residence, they don't care. What your looking at is one of their trucks parked 5ft from someone's front door, with their engines idling.

Although I only use several of the products, I would recommend snowcap for the customer service alone. This company is truly a pleasure to work with.

Today May the 26, 2022, at around 5:30-6:00 pm , on highway 17, on my way to Sidney from Victoria downtown , the driver of one of your 14 wheeler truck plated 6025-6B, who was driving on highway recklessly in rain, changing lane repeatedly , pushing and tailgating other descent drivers. When he came behind me , he put his high beam on and kept pushing me though I was on the right lane ! Then he passed me over from left and showed me middle finger and went northbound taking highway 17. I hope and I’m requesting the owner of the company, if you do something about this , do it , otherwise the other drivers in the road are not safe from you guys ! Take care !
