Paid $75 for a pair of small cutters and had to warranty them 5 times now for breakage. Been waiting on a replacement set now for close to a year. The rep told me they no longer make that model but where is my replacement cutters? Not impressed at all and will never buy from them again.

Who posts a review on a shipping hub. You get in touch with a distributor, and that’s where you order your tools. To review tool performance based on the delivery time....is the most millennial pigeon move I’ve seen. Grow up.

If I could possibly give 0 stars I would. I attend sait at the Art Smith Areo Center. Ordering tools from this company has been a total nightmare. Not only is everything so over priced for the garbage you get, there is a good chance you will not receive any of your tools in a condition that is acceptable. Myself and numerous other classmates received tool boxes with not only external damage but the key broken off in the lock rendering the tool box unusable but also missing items. Not only did I not receive an item and the other was broken the customer service is nearimpossible to deal with. I had called 3 different numbers, got transferred 15 different times and was at the end told not only to β€œjust write an email” I was told ONCE AGAIN to direct my emil to an email address that was no longer in use and later got directed right back to my schools representative ( who was on vacation for a month). There is little to no organization in the ordering process, I never received a confirmation email nor a tracking number or anything that would give me any information. I am so extremely frustrated with the lack of organization and customer service provided, this is the most unprofessional company I have every dealt with. Not only was this the biggest waste of time but it also hindered me from my schooling as I cannot participate because I don’t have my tools. I have ordered and purchased tools from many different suppliers and I have never dealt with anything so downright incompetent in my life.

PROS: I had very good luck getting items replaced by calling the toll free number. Shipped right to my house, quick and easy. I like the tools, nice to work with and last forever. CONS: very VERY difficult to find a dealer unless you work in an established shop. Randomly going into a tool truck some dealers have been extremely unhelpful. Very expensive to purchase and difficult to get flyers unless you have a dealer already. Verdict... Good product but pricey, could and should be ran better as a network, it's 2019. Both purchase and warranty claim should be effortless.

Never bought tools however one of their drivers is an absolute idiot. I was driving on 69 street at 17 Ave and one of their employees decided to almost side swipe me. He was checking his mirrors, just needed to be in front I suppose. Would have hit me if I hadn't slammed on my breaks. The driver then proceeded to not turn left at the advanced green so I couldn't get the license plate to make a complaint, hence the bad review. Hopefully the company as a whole is better than that guy.

I placed an order for 3 impact boots online. I only received one and the order form had three listed as in this package. I contacted customer service and I was put in a queue. Once I got through I was quickly put on hold and then back in the queue for some reason and had to explain the issue again. When the customer service rep finally spoke with me, she indicated my order was coming from both the US warehouse and Calgary ware house. Aside from the inital customer service error, shouldn't a National warehouse hub carry products as easy to store something as basic as a impact boot? For the amount these guys charge and the time they've been around you would think the business would be run like a well oiled machine. I have many of their products MG325, MG725, AT760, wrenches tool boxes ect....This is an easy fix Snap-on, store more basic items in your Canadian warehouses and get your customer service reps to learn how to properly use the hold and queue system. Then we don't have to wait so long to fix your inefficient product managment, nor write negative reviews. MAC is gonna own you at this rate.
