★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to Lumby earlier this year and we frequent the Snac Shac a fair bit, all of the staff are super friendly and nice, prices are so good too!!! Way better than going to any other convience store you get amazing deals and very helpful and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Dawn and Greg ( have to include him as he is the best handyman ever) for well over 40 years. When I heard they were going to have a convenience store I knew that Dawn would put her heart and soul into it. Since day one that is exactly what she has done. She cares for her employees as though they are part of her family. She also cares about the Village of Lumby as though she were born and raised there. Her commitment to providing quality merchandise at a more than fair price and donating to the community whenever she is asked or just because she hears there is a need is beyond what most business owners do in today's world.
The time and money Dawn put in to modernize and remodel the store making it bright and user friendly for her customers shows her continuing commitment to Lumby.
Dawn is a shining example of how a business owner cares for those who, work for her, shop in her store or live alongside her in a small community

This family run store is amazing .. staff is awesome.. always greet you with a smile .. love those girls ❤️ Dawn has everything you need .. delicious coffee .. any snack you could think of and if it wasn’t there she’d get it in for you.. sandwiches .. donuts .. hot and cold foods ready to go .. and now frozen meats .. fresh veggies everything you need to make dinner! One stop shop carrying everything you need from breakfast to supper and everything in between!! It’s family run .. but it’s a family feel the moment you walk in ♥️

She’s even providing a variety of groceries for entire meals at a great price. She strives to offer the best prices in town, and gives exceptional customer service. She holds the staff to high standard of cleaning, stocking and making sure the store is in tip top shape for her customers. Just wish they had a menu posted to view their food options. Also when i went in I think it was lunch time for the highschool, i had to wait almost 15 minutes to pay for my stuff, i almost walked out because it took so long. But i waited because i want to support local. Maybe hiring an extra person would be helpful.
