★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be more than one person working here that can do each job, things like payroll and union dues collection you need someone on site daily not off on vacation and literally no one else is capable of dealing with the query. That's just common sense, considering you have thousands of workers relying on information YOU wholly distribute.

As a Trans women, since 2018, I still fit in wherever job assignments takes me. Choose this trade (HVAC) if you like designing, creating, installing, and repairing sheet metal. It was worth serving an apprenticeship to earn a certificate of qualification license.
