★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Smosarski has done more for me in the first 3 months of seeing him than my last doctor did in 4 years. I only wish I had met him sooner. 2nd waiting arear is unique but it's something one gets used to over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good doctor at all. Does not liaten to his patients. Only prescribes ehat he feels is good for you without worrying about the side effects of the patient. My mother is on 18 different medications!!!.....And ahe came close to having a heart attack the other night so when she went to emergency the dr at emerg couldnt believe the amount of meds she was on and even after my mother seeing him yesterday...he said do not listen to those drs and to go back on the meds I prescribed you. She is in constant pain from accidents she has been in and will not refer her to a proper pain clinic. She suffers from major depression and he wont refer her to a psychiatrist/psychologist ..not sure why but he keeps giving bs reasons. This dr should not be in this field as he has no empathy or knowledge of what illneses my mother has....he just keeps prescribing pills!.....To me....thats a "pill pusher!" I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this dr especially if you have chronic pain and/or major depression. What this guy doesnt know is what the family day in and day out have to put up with my mom being in a negative mood all day because she cant get the proper help she needs. "ANYONE CAN BE A DOCTOR".....but it takes someone special that will listen to you and make proper referrals to get your symtoms treated by specialists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Smo has been the best physician I have ever had in Hamilton. His staff are always courteous and I never wait very long to get into my appointments. Very pleasant experience with the Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He's okay. He does generally take the time to listen to you and can be very helpful. He's friendly and easy to talk to. There was just something about him though that was a little off putting, but I can't place my finger on what. Overall, he's a better doctor than a lot of them.
You do spend quite a long time waiting to get in for your appointment. That is typical of doctors but still annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, receiptionist pretended that she cannot hear me then hang up after 4 second when I have to wait in line for almost an hour for that. And when I dial back immediately then they say they are out for lunch? Really irresponsible people.
