★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order online, showed up 10 minutes after the estimated preparation time and they didn't even start my order. I said I no longer wanted it and they refused to reimburse me and expected me to wait the extra 30 minutes so that they can make the food. I left angry. 3 weeks later and still no reimbursement. The owner will do anything to avoid good customer service and will yell at his staff and laugh in customer's faces. Don't go to this place. There's a reason why they have a third different restaurant in 5 years. They have no idea what they are doing and treat their customers like peasants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a smoked meat sandwich and Dunn's delivered. The service was scary quick (maybe 7 minutes I waited from ordered to arriving at table). They give you a lot of food for a really good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent price for average food. Took about 20 minutes for a simple poutine to come out, did not seem to have enough staff. Also saw the cook have lunch while making other people's food so....yeah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good smoked meat sandwiches. Large portions, thick slices of delicious meat, great slaw, and fantastic pickles. Good local beer as well. Service is very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in my order then called again to change the time of pickup - no problem, they were very accommodating. When I got to the restaurant one of the servers helped me right away. The food was ready to go and when I went to tip and missed the prompt the server said “no problem” with a huge smile. Very welcoming atmosphere.
The food was outstanding. Excellent smoked meat with fresh and warm rye bread, delicious fresh cut French fries and a pickle and coleslaw. It was all very hot and very fresh. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back!!10/10
