★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual detail was mediocre, yeah my car is less dirty than before but there were still dust spots on the backs of the seats. My engine bay wasn't even touched, I doubt the hood was even opened. The customer communication is horrible, they barely respond and don't read messages.
