P	Pam Ketcham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Jordan and her team to any bride. We used Jordan to help us plan our dream wedding. She took out all the stress of planning, especially during a pandemic. She remained positive throughout the whole process and made the experience fun. She is professional, detail oriented and has incredible taste and style. On the day of the wedding, she ensured everything went smoothly. She knew how important an outdoor ceremony was for us and despite a bit of rain, she was optimistic this would happen. When the sun came out 5 minutes before our ceremony, Jordan and her team quickly re-set up our ceremony so we could have it outdoors. Jordan was such a pleasure to work with, made our day perfect and stress free. If you want your dream wedding to materialize, I would strongly encourage you to use Smitten Events.

They are truly incredible at what they do. Not only is the experience of working with them so fun and rewarding, they are also so professional, organized, passionate and diligent. It's fun being behind the scenes because we get to see how Devon and Jordan go above and beyond for their couples. It's not just the meticulous planning leading up to the day, but all the little details they string together during the wedding. Flawless is how we would describe them. Even when the unpredictable happens, they jump on it behind the scenes and eloquently "take care of it," and that's the mark of a pro right there. We just wish our couples knew just how much of themselves they pour into each and every event, because a lot of what they do, goes unnoticed. Mariella was diligent and easy to get in touch with. We really appreciated her guidance when it came to organizing last minute details. We were particularly grateful that all of our needs were clearly communicated to the kitchen and venue.

I knew Smitten Events had a great reputation among wedding vendors, and Megan from Smitten did not disappoint - she was one of the best planners I've worked with in 4 years. The rehearsal ran incredibly smoothly and quickly with her help. On the day of the wedding, it was clear that she and her assistant had everything under control, which freed me up to focus on the ceremony. Megan even found a non-intrusive way to pass a last-minute message to me in order for me to make an announcement near the end of the ceremony. I highly recommend Megan and her colleagues at Smitten!

While my mother and I had already done most of the planning, we really appreciated connecting with Smitten so that we could enjoy the last few weeks without any stress. From the moment we connected with Megan, we knew we were in great hands. Megan did an amazing job coordinating with all our vendors and ensuring the day went smoothly. She was an excellent communicator and always responded promptly to any questions. It was easy to set up meetings with her and we always felt our opinions and requests were respected. When a few last minute curveballs were thrown our way, she handled them with ease - whenever she brought up an issue, she had already prepared a number of solutions to bring forward as well. On the day of, I felt like she was a mind-reader - as soon as I had a thought that I needed something, she was right there checking in, or bringing me a drink, or fixing a problem I hadn’t even noticed yet. I cannot recommend Megan and Smitten events enough, and would recommend them to anyone planning a special event!

We hired Smitten for the partial planning option back in the summer of 2019 when we first got engaged. Let me tell you, the five star reviews don't lie, and we'd give ten stars if we could! Planning a wedding is stressful; planning a wedding during a pandemic with the curveballs of changing case counts and restrictions is just plain bonkers. We are so glad to have had Francesca anchor us through this wild storm. She honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us have an amazing experience. Every little detail was planned for, subtleties we never would have thought of were just done, she's a FANTASTIC eyebrow communicator (according to my maid of honour who eyebrow communicated with her through our ceremony without me knowing to sort out when certain things should happen so it would flow well), she has an AMAZING eye for style... I could just go on. Francesca, we cannot thank you enough. Francesca, if you ever read this – sorry for the seemingly random photos; I just wanted to showcase your hard work behind the scenes, and include the amazing tea ceremony backdrop you created for us!

They were hands down the best vendor to work with. When we were having tough days navigating wedding things during COVID times - they made us feel at ease. Francesca and her team made sure to take charge during stressful moments and re-assured us along the way. Their communication was top notch - Francesca even went out of her way while on her own personal vacation to meet with us at our venue a month before the wedding to walk through the space to confirm the layout and finer details with us. Our wedding day was perfect! It was exactly as we envisioned and the day went smooth thanks to Francesca, Devon and the crew. We highly recommend using Smitten Events and we would not have chosen anyone else to plan and execute our special day.

After having to reschedule twice before finally getting a go ahead; we managed to squeeze in between all of the restrictions and had a beautiful COVID safe outdoor ceremony with all of our close family.
