M	Maridith MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sunail Kumar, did my surgery did a great job. My follow up phone call 4 weeks after my surgery was a different story. I phoned the clinic and left a message that I had to go out of town and that I could be reached by my cell phone number. I waited for an hour after my time and phoned the clinic to see if they had received my message and was told yes and that he was late with clinic and I would received a call. Well, never received a call on my cell that day, but after I got home the number of the Doctor was on my home phone showed on my display so don't know if he ever got the message or ignored it....was not impressed.
B	Bishopking2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady at the front entrance guarding the doors is very offensive and judgmental toward neversleevers, labeling the individuals as covid as she shares her opnions with other patients in the waiting room, yelling "covid" She has no authority to slander patients who have xray appointments directed by that individuals doctor. She basically treats anyone not rollingupsleeves as a parisite, while making a big embarrassing scene while escorting the confused patient to isolation without just cause! No way no how!!! Very very sad to see and hear.
R	Roxanne Ferris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half the doctors are trash and know nothing. And well reception never answers the phone within a reasonable amount of time. You'll be lucky to speak to someone at reception within 20 minutes of when you call. Then when they mess up they still blame you.

I'm trying to be nice to her but she feels like she owned the clinic and we cant have any doctors. Please make action on this matter.

The ER is meant for emergencies, not if I need to know if I can take a certain medication for a potential cold. I'm hoping it's just a cold but reception didn't even try to help me book an apt for tomorrow or when they're available.

Unfortunately that's through AHS but now the clinic is charging you a dollar per mask which means they're making a lot of money on masks. Completely disappointed.
L	Lucas Goodvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just want to get a requisition for my clearly broken foot i called at exactly 8:30 to try to make a walk in appointment like the lady i talked to told me to do yesterday. i have been booted off the hold 3 times and waited half an hour just to be told walk ins have been booked up and theres plenty of people in my boat. "especially with the shortage of family doctors". no wonder why nobody wants to work there. you guys never fail to disappoint me in every single way you can possibly do so. ive never had an easy experience at the smith clinic if i had any option other than emergency in camrose i would take it. might as well since the clinic clearly doesn't care.
D	Daryl Chase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Fletcher did an outstanding job on my surgery so caring and professional, my area he worked on healed perfectly and after only two weeks I was back to work his staff as well made a scary situation feel like it was a breeze and put my mind at ease, thank you to all at the smith clinic for all the stated reasons I have posted. And god bless you all stay healthy happy and live life to the fullest I know I will now. And for those complaining about masks it seems to me you don't care about yourselves or other folks coming in to see there surgeon. Bring a mask or quit complaining about the service due to the pandemic.
