★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This was a great experience (as far as dental visits go ?) I took my 12 year old daughter in for an emergency visit. The whole team was incredibly kind and great at what they do . The gals at the front desk went above and beyond figuring out an insurance snafu and "Dr. Dan was funny, gentle and patient with my nervous girl. Thank you for seeing us. ..I highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from reception is amazing and very quick to help you if in a bind. Once in the chair…the dental assistants listen to you and relay the information to the doc. The doc comes in and is friendly, and down to earth. Being a nervous person at the dentist….this is the place to go. Absolutely awesome!!! dr.Yeh is the best dentist i have had!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to Smiles, personally I have had a poor history dentally. I unfortunately had to come up with a plan, of which Dentist " Dan ", patiently accepted my view, more over at the end of his exam he applied both options and explained his tmt plan. He had made me feel very comfortable with his ideas that I find will fit. Along beside the Dentist Dan his team mates Dental Assistants, and Clerical Staff, total impressed me, I felt a sense of joy, pride, and professionalism amongst them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Hygienist didn’t do a good job didn’t polish just a quick go over with a pick. 10min tops. Grandson had same experience.Handed us each a tooth brush and sample tooth paste. Did not even put in a bag. Always a good experience until yesterday. She was also only won in office no nurse you just lose a patient. Will never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff was very welcoming and friendly the moment I stepped through the door. Dr. Tan was great. Super friendly and down to earth, and exceptional at what he does. They had me in the chair, dental work done, follow up appointment booked(based around what worked best for my schedule), all patched up and on my way home in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 business. Highly recommend Smiles Dental Group-St.Albert to anyone in need of dental work, big or small!
