I was shopping at Walmart two weeks ago and wanted to book an appointment with Nerissa at Smartstyle. However, the hairdresser at that time told me that Nerissa doesn’t work that day or the following day and I should call to book an appointment instead. So, I called but only to a voice machine. I did my part; left my message with my name and number. No one called and a week has gone, I tried again. The same voicemail came on, and I left the same message again. I called about 5 times until someone finally picked up the phone and booked me & my son in for today’s appointment. When we were at the salon, I chatted with Nerissa what has gone wrong with the answering machine portion and no one returned my call. She was very surprised that this happened to me. She’s worried that many of her customers may face the same problem. I hope the owner gets to read this and rectify the problem. Nerissa is the best hairdresser in that hair salon. We will only go to her and will wait until she’s on shift to get our hair done. Hopefully Nerissa gets to have her customers back, not many are persistent like us to wait. It’s a big loss to Smartstyle.

Even my husband has great things to say about the color!! Cathy is super friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed!! Will definatly be back to see her thats for sure!!

Cathy made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and made sure to talk about all the options before starting. Will be back without a doubt!

I used the book online button available on google and was able to receive service right as I showed up, which was very pleasant. I was a little confused as to what length of hair I should ask for but Monika, the stylist cutting my hair, was very helpful and worked with me and cut my hair wonderfully. SmartStyle Hair Salon is well worth the visit.
