Smartbag Packaging is a fantastics supplier of reusable bags. We have done business with them since 2008. With their help we have now gone plastic bag free! Our recent order was delayed but as always the quality of product and service was exceptional.

* SCAM - TOOK OUR DEPOSIT & DISAPPEARED * Do not do business with this company. They will take your deposit and disappear. We reached out to their other clients and same story. They've been taken to the Small Claims Court by other businesses a few times. Not sure why they are still allowed to operate. AVOID!!!!

Absolute scam company. Took my deposit over 2 years ago. They have given me every excuse under the sun. What they need to do is just give me my money back. They even went to the extent of sending me a refund invoice claiming the money would take a bit. That was more than 2 years ago. Never use these scammers!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUYER BEWARE! I ordered bags at the end of January and they were supposed to be delivered by early April in time for an event. I have tried calling and emailing the company numerous times with no reply. I am now really concerned after reading all the 1 star reviews on Google. It looks like I'm not the only one having issues. Too bad because the bags are great! ***UPDATE...To date, I have not been contacted by Smartbag. I have had a few of their customers contact me since I posted this review. They have paid but haven't received their bags either. Check the BBB before purchasing anything from this company. They have 5 complaints that haven't been responded to. All complaints are regarding non-receipt of merchandise! DANGER DANGER!******

I bought bags from this company 9 years ago and was reasonably happy with the price, product and delivery time. In May I placed an order and paid a $1600.00 deposit. My bags have not arrived. I have phoned (they do NOT answer the phone it always go directly to voicemail), send emails to the accounts department, logistics department and sales department. I began to inquire in July where my bags were and when I could expect delivery. It took them almost a month to reply. The answer from the accounts person was that their records showed the order complete so she would get logistics department to contact me with estimated time for delivery. Since July I have sent MANY messages, left more voicemails, and reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. To date I have not heard back from Smart Bag. This is a TERRIBLE company and I fear I will never see my bags and will never have my deposit repayed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with them

I have loved doing business with SmartBag for many years, but the last year their customer service has all but disappeared. I placed an order for bags in April, had some spotty communication, and then radio silence. I have tried phoning, emailing and texting but have had no reply. Recently I received an arbitrary charge to my card from them for over $1500, with no communication, invoicing or indication that my bags have arrived. I contacted them, and have not heard back, so I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company. I will certainly update this review if I receive proper communication, but am completely horrified that their customer service is so negligent, or that they charged my card without my permission. Very disappointing, as we just had several new designs drawn up for next year's bags.

We've ordered from Smartbag a few years ago and were happy with the delivery. We tried ordering again and since the deposit was cashed, haven't heard back from them. No goods have been delivered. Attempts to contact the firm by phone / email have all been ignored. We will update this review if we ever hear back from them.
