Consistency is key so I still ate healthy, Drank a lot of water and went to the gym in between but it definitely helped to boost my metabolism so much and it works those deep muscles you don’t quite reach in the gym. I would 1000% recommend this if you are looking for a great way to jump start your fitness. And Rikki is super sweet and friendly! ?
