We spent about 25 minutes looking arround mattresses and the front desk cleark/sales associate didn't even bother to ask us what we were looking for or needed any help or information even after we made an eye contact. Was planning in his phone or computer during whole time. So we finally walked out of irritation and won't probably come back again.

Unfortunately the warranty department at sleep country can't keep up with this stellar experience. Warranty issues are being dragged out with ridiculous requests.
