★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite a journey for me to find Steven Le at SL Maple Leaf Immigration service / Steven Le Notary Corp to assist me with the Appeal at the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) for the sponsorship of my wife. Due to my wife's sponsorship refusal, I have tried and visited many lawyers' offices. They all told me my case was difficult. When I met Steven, I felt confident right away when he was able to identify the issues of my file. He was very professional and I could tell he has lots of experience in appeals and immigration by the way he explained to me the process and the issues he saw in the file.
As a client, I had such a wonderful experience working with Steven and his support staff Tina and Kelsey. My wife and I also worked with his other support staff in Viet Nam to prepare our case. Steven put in a lot of time and effort in preparing my case and the disclosures to send to the Minister's Counsel and IAD. I was well treated with kindness, respect, and empathy. It is such a warm and welcome atmosphere to be in. I feel very comfortable, delighted, happy and sastisfied for coming here. Thanks to Steven and staff for all the hard work they have put in to assist me.
Finally, my appeal was allowed at the ADR conference (mediation) within only 25 minutes. It was supposed to be a one-hour session. We were able to convince IAD to let us do ADR before the hearing. So that saved us time and money because I did not need to go to a full hearing. My wife and I are forever grateful for what Steven and his team had done for us. My wife and I are soon to be reunited in Canada. I would definitely recommended anyone to Steven Le for immigration and notary services.
