★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After carefully reviewing six competing proposals, we found a perfect fit with Skyroot Networks. Skyroot Networks carefully planned and executed a data migration plan and a server room refresh that occurred over one weekend and then updated our work stations and our remote users over the following weekend. Chris Panagapko assisted us with selecting all of our hardware and software and we successfully migrated our team with no business interruption through a seamless transition. Over the past year, we have had zero down time and the managed services plan we have with Skyroot ensures we are up and running safely and securely. We have a fully detailed playbook to include in our business continuity plan and we take great comfort in knowing we are well taken care of 24/7 365 days of the year. We sincerely thank Chris and his team for their exceptional service and the resulting peace of mind we have grown to truly appreciate.
