So impressed with the customer service I received at Skuxs. The manager went above and beyond to help me out. So appreciated! They have a great selection of well-known brands (Hestra, The North Face) and exclusive brands as well, that I was introduced to and can now shop for local online.

Update. they reached out to me and are honoring the original price. Very quick response. Ordered a Knife that showed as in stock it happen to be about half price so an awesome deal. Was contact a few days later and was told it was not in stock and they were not sure when it would be back in stock so they canceled my order. They offered me a deal on something else but the only other knife that was interested in they could not give it to me for the same price as the one I had ordered. I had asked if they would give me the sale price on the one I ordered when they did come back in stock and was told no. I was really looking forward to this knife it was going to be a Christmas present to myself. Would have been nice to get the sale price even if I had to wait a month or more or to maybe give me the sale price on the other knife I wanted (which was a cheaper model)

Ordered an icemule cooler for delivery to Ontario. Was told they didn't have any in stock and I could wait or they could give me a refund. I chose to wait, followed up a couple of weeks later, when they said they anticipated being restocked. In response to my email I was told the restock would now not happen until summer (like 3+ months) and they gave me a refund immediately. I would have actually preferred to wait and sent another email indicating such and asking if I needed to repurchase to get back in line for the cooler, since in covid times outdoor gear is often sold out everywhere, as was the case with the cooler. I never received a response, however, the product is still listed as available on their website weeks later (while others are noted as out of stock). Makes me wonder if they just did not want to ship to Ontario given the lack of response and product still being in stock online.Β A disappointing experience.

I placed an order on May 26, 2021, which went through on the website successfully. The next day I received a call saying that there was an error in their system and the item I was interested in was actually 'out of stock'. Not sure what is going on with the website (as I see this has happened to others), but appreciated the immediate call offering a refund. The representative was actually very personable. I agreed to let them keep my $135, and wait for my item to come back in stock. When I had not received a status update in a month, I tried to connect with them a few times with no luck and got a little concerned when the Edmonton, AB store was showing as 'temporarily closed'. I will admit my fear of losing my $135 got the worst of me, even though I did consider the store had possibly closed due to COVID, so I grew impatient. I finally connected via Facebook and a customer service rep responded within 12 hours. My item has since been refunded (no date of availability) and they actually gave a promo code for a future purchase due to the delay in a response. Apparently having staff issues due to Covid which is fair. Only suggestion for Skuxs is set up a schedule to respond to customers who are waiting on back orders - a friendly reminder every 2 weeks would ease the worry.

Don't buy from here!! We bought a pair of boots a week ago and no confirmation of purchase, email, no processing or shipping notification, nothing. We have emailed them 3x with no response. They just took the money and didn't fulfill the order. Now we get to work with our bank to reverse the charges. Scam and a horrible experience. Save yourself the hardship.

I have had a very similar experience with poor customer service. After 4 weeks, The item I ordered still has not been delivered and the order status is still "Order Placed". I tried contacting them multiple times to get the status of the order but received no response. If the item is backordered, at least give your customers a head up

December the 15th 2021 I order a pair of shoes and I paid an extra $20 for express post 2 days delevry. Today January 1st still no parcel and no news. Since the order was done I send two e-mails for more information w/o any answers so far. On december the 31st I give a call during opening hours over there in western canada, I ended up on Jeff answering machine twice leaving a message with my name and coordonateur and an explanation ...but with no answer. So for my experience with these guys DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...they don't care about customer services.

I am very disappointed with my experience buying hats from Skuxs. I ordered a trucker hat online and they shipped me the wrong hat. When I sent it in for a return they told me it was dirty so they would not accept the return. I did not wear the hat other then to try it on. Since they resent it back, I still see no indication that it is dirty anywhere on the hat. Now I have a hat I will not wear and feel ripped off on this purchase.
