★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time dealing with skookum as they are a giant dealer. I called asking for an obscure part for a dropper posts and they knew exactly what I was talking about and although they did not have it “on the shelf” Tom I believe I was talking to went out of his way to find the part after I showed him a picture and set it out for my wife to pick up. Exceptional customer service and will definitely be returning to this bike shop and I don’t even live in this town. Way to go guys. It’s service like this that keeps places like this going and is refreshing to experience.

What a shame, I traveled 1 hour trying to reach and boom.
Light of "open" still on by the way, knocked the door and the guy sat at the back just disappeared...

They are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, realistic with pricing, and just all around have a cool shop. Prompt with work orders and call-returns. I would definitely recommend this place!
