Workers are treated with the most disrespectful way
Big time race issue there with management , if you of color your screwed because only whites are recognized there. Been working for almost a year and still no hire then when they hire a white person which is friends with Joe, the manager..I walked off the job and then called back by HR and then hired to not make it public

Manufacturing is a fast paced and changing industry so it's not for everyone. Some people just aren't able to handle the pressures that come with manufacturing.
