I didn't want to deal with issues this year, and found help from Skedaddle. I am beyond impressed with this company's professionalism, punctuality, thorough work, and humane approach to wildlife control. I wanted my house sealed up like Fort Knox, and they have replaced my exterior lighting with sealed units that pests (and bats) can't get into, added pest & rodent covers on my house's venting, sealed up gaps in the soffits that wasps had taken advantage of, and taken care of other vulnerable spots where critters could gain access to the house. I am now worry free, looking forward to a stress-free summer. This company is amazing - I feel like I won the lottery in finding them.

Darryl, Noel and Greg were very professional and they did an awesome job of finding out how squirrels were getting into our home, using humane methods to ensure the squirrels could not get back in and then working to secure the places that they were getting in! They also guarantee their work!! I would definitely recommend these guys for any issues with any sort of wildlife in your home.

I talked to a lovely female voice who took all my information and said that Darryl would be visiting my house the next morning. Darryl showed up on time and was professional and very friendly. He did an assessment of my house and found the entry point where the mice were coming in and out of my house. We sat in my dining room where he answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns. The very next morning Noel showed up on time with his tools cleaned out the attic from all of the mice droppings, got rid of the mice and sealed up my house from further mice problems. I was so impressed at how Skedaddle was punctual, professional and very friendly. I am so glad I used their services instead of trying to do this myself. I am very happy to see that there is a company in Kelowna that cares about my concerns and erased any doubt i had prior to having them fixing the issue.

I am shocked at how professional they are from my initial phone call through to the squirrel work they did for me. In my experience, service guys are typically not too excited about their jobs, but Greg and Noel are an exception! After assessing my house, Greg advised me on where the squirrels were getting in and he clearly outlined my options (and answered my many questions ?). The next morning Noel showed up to do the work and I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Skedaddle’s professionalism. In addition to wearing a mask Noel respected my space when he came to climb into the attic. I love wildlife and I am not comfortable killing a family of squirrels but didn’t want them living in my attic. Thanks to Noel & Greg, the squirrels are now out of my attic unharmed! I’m grateful Kelowna now has a humane solution for wildlife removal!

Skedaddle's full service approach is unique in the area and was really appealing to me - it was great to know that they would be able to handle anything they found on site. Noel's team arrived on time, did an amazing job in just one day, and went through extra hassle to arrange for equipment delivery to a remote Mabel Lake location. Highly recommended.

There was no pressure to complete the work. Safety was a priority. When the work was being completed the team even found areas to reduce costs. Overall very very satisfied. Highly recommend!

He did a great job of explaining the removal process. They were able to do the work shortly after, and even though our situation was not simple, they stayed as long as needed to get the job done the same day. They followed up with me daily until we were sure that our home was raccoon-free. Thank you Darryl and David for everything, I highly recommend Skedaddle!
