★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To anyone doing due diligence on this development, take everything you're told with a giant grain of salt and keep another bag or two handy, you'll need it. This is the most "forked tongued" developer I've ever had the misfortune of being involved with, and I've worked with many in the lower mainland for years. They are the masters of excuses and month after month after month, that's what you'll get. Looks like we drew the short straw with these wanna be house builders, our mea culpa big time.
How about a 4 + months update. Are we moved in, No, do we have a move in date, No, has the interior been completed, No, has the exterior been completed, No, has the plumbing/electrical been completed, No, has the ground work been done, No. As for the bag of salt I mentioned in my earlier review, change it to a shovel, and keep handy several of the bags you find in the airplane seat in front of you, because the bs just gets deeper and some of the platitudes will require the bag.
