★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1pm so I reached there at 12:45. Waited there for 1 hr and 20 mins and the tax guy was still bz. What's the point of taking appointment when you have to wait for 1 hr and 20 mins. I had to go somewhere else so left the office without getting my work done. Their wall clock was 30 mins behind the actual time so i showed them and then the reception guy cum secretary changed it to 1 hr ahead. May be they follow a different time zone. I wish i could rate them in negative. When u cant handle the customers then stop taking appointments and stop wasting their time.
