Great staff, clean & comfortable room but the carpet could use a cleaning, soup is always on for a quick snack. Room was very nice. Breakfast was OK, a breakwich muffin, but no scrambled eggs or choice of sausage or bacon. You did have a choice of yogurt , cereal, etc. I would stay there again without hesitation.

I stayed overnight here while dnm fire for a business trip. The building was clean and my room was very comfortable. I took advantage of the pool, which I had all to myself for at least 45 minutes. They also have breakfast served in the mornings. The staff wad very competent and friendly answering all of my many questions. The only problem I had was that the phone on the room wad very sensitive and required a very light touch or else it would not work. Also my room didn't have a microwave.

Best gym of any hotel I have stayed in (and I've stayed at many). It's open 24 hours and has full range of equipment - it's not just a "fitness room" with carpet on the floor and one crappy universal machine. High quality equipment and machines, big mirrors, nice mats - really excellent. Rest of the hotel is standard Best Western fare - clean, functional, comfortable. Good value and probably the best place to stay in this location.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I despise this hotel. Every time the room wasn't very clean. Food crumbs on the carpets, hair in the beds, dirty surfaces etc. Lots of room for improvement here. Rooms may or may not have a refrigerator, usually have no microwave. When I asked the front desk about getting a microwave, they didn't seem to care. They absolutely should have a fridge and microwave in every room, at the expensive rates they charge, there is no excuse. The hotel is noisy and loud, paper thin walls, you can hear everything in the rooms beside you. The one thing I do like at this hotel is the included breakfast from Monday to Friday was decent. Good selection of breakfast foods. I only keep returning because of work, and the fact that there are no other decent hotels in town.

We used to stay here all the time when it was a "best western". Not much has changed as the rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the service was good. A couple things were disappointing, but they might be more covid related. One is they have permanently closed the pool. The other is that the breakfast was just grab and go bags. I don't blame them for both right now, although the loss on of the pool is sad. I do need to mention one thing being that they were very accommodating with me. I had an early day surgery, but didn't want to stay another night. They gave us a late checkout with one room and I was so very happy. Gave be a 4 hour nap to help wear off the stuff from the surgery. All in all, if we need to stay in Sioux Lookout, we would call them first.

Not a fan of this hotel. Everything is very old and dated and didn't seem all that clean. Beds were ok but glad I brought my own blanket and pillow. Receptionist was very courteous and pleasant.

Very nice hotel. Welcoming lobby, nice sized rooms with the room amenities that I'd expect. The breakfast selection was very good and was much appreciated. The internet in the morning was a bit slow for when I needed to connect to a meeting, and it would also be nice to have USB ports at the bedside, but having outlets in the lamps was a good alternative. None of the negatives are a deal breaker though - I would for sure stay there again in a heartbeat.

Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. In the past breakfast buffet has been included in the price but during the last visit no breakfast was provided. Not sure if this is the new direction of the hotel or if this was a temporary issue due to the evacuees residing in the hotel requiring the resources. Very close to trails, lake and decent restaurant/pub.
