★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical wait times for the passport office I'm assuming from the line movement. Only realized after 20 minutes that passport pickups don't need to wait in the 'regular' passport line-up. Be sure to walk up to the security desk and mention you're there for a pick up. I was in/out within 5 minutes after doing this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit to passport office. Lots of ppl in line. They are still very disorganized, but, must better than earlier in April when I visited. Today there were signs for different line ups and security guards and agents walking around directing people. The passport office is government facility and mask is still mandatory, which is good. We are still in the middle of the pandemic afterall.

Very quick (30mins) and easy (have all your paper work ready) getting through to get my husband an emergency passport... had to make an appointment month and half in advance, but we did it and the Canada Passport Office staff were awesome!!
