★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. They were prompt with showing up to give me a quote and the actual cleaning service was great. The young lady cleaned my floors, completely, on her own - there was lots of glue spots left from the company whom installed my flooring. Someone else then showed up to verify her work before leaving. I really appreciated that part, not that I didn't trust their work, but it showed they truly hold themselves to their standards. Will be using again!

We are so busy with school and work that sometimes I just don’t want to come home and clean for hours so having her come to our home and help us out has been amazing! She is incredibly thorough and also quick which is super awesome. My carpets look brand new when she is done with them and we always get a nice note from her when she’s done. Very friendly and very professional. I feel totally comfortable leaving her alone in my house, she even gives my puppies pets so they 10/10 would recommend too ? ?

Communication was great, cleans were great, attention to detail, and absolute willingness to meet any needs or requests I had always happened. I had cancelled my services only due to a change in financial situation. In the interim I did try a different (independent, self-employed business type person) service and I was beyond disappointed with the results.
I am so thrilled to once again be in a position to ask Simple Spotless to come back to my home. Beyond delighted!
