โ โ โ โ โ Started off my complete house reno with Christopher because I had heard good things and liked his designs.
It started off alright, until he came back with the cost of the reno which was over $400k over the proposed budget. This wouldnt have been too bad except that it costed us close to $5k in meetings and "designing" to get a plan that is worthless to us being so far over budget.
As we attempted to work with Christopher to reduce costs (at $220/hour) to get the plan on budget, we were stuck dealing with his assistant. This assistant would often reply to emails or design ideas, typically replying to 20% of the message. She was extremely difficult to work with and at this point we were no longer getting Christopher's designs, but getting his assistants designs.
$20k later, we made the right choice to spend our money more wisely, and go for a better managed enterprise. Christopher may have great architectural skills but his business management and ability to work with customers need improvement.
Feel free to give Chris a shot, but beware of how quickly costs escalate when you have to pay his ridiculous GC fees and end up dealing with a lazy assistant.

I called them to ask a few questions, unfortunately the assistant that answered the phone has a bad attitude towards new clients.
Not good for business.
