★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simkin Park is located in Seven Oaks Crossings area. It has a small parking lot and new recently renovated play structure, swings, pinic tables, baseball diamond and soccer field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big, breezy, plentiful of grounds to do your favorite activities. Ground Maintenance is clean. Play with your dog. Brand new playground for children to play on, implemented in 2017. Soccer field. Baseball Diamond. Hardly any litter. Please dispose plastic water bottles in trash can. Parking lot on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I'd taken pictures of the play ground. The pics on google are very outdated for this location. There is a brand new play structure here and it was super fun! A working piano, drums, little gas station and hot dog stand for the kids to pretend. 4 swings, 3 slides, benches to sit at. We'll be back.

Walking around the whole park with my dogs they liked it. Have to keep dogs on lease be sure to carry doggie poop bags lots of kiddies running. & Enjoyed watching sporting events at Simkin Park. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind Superstore. it’s pretty great for a neighbourhood park. nice, new play structure. giant field. unkept baseball diamond. lots of space. tables are okay. good area. fun to hang out in. very close by and is a nice walk to. although if you’re living on the other side where the field is it might take a while. most photos are outdated and the old playstructure was replayed with new green/blue ones. playstructure itself is boring
