★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time getting my hair done here by Chelsea. The first time was wonderful but the second time around she used a black dye with blue in it which I didn’t want and didn’t tell me, the undersides of my hair was a beautiful white silver colour but someone mentioned to me that my hair looked blue in the sun so I messaged her to ask about it and she said it was just a cast and that it will be gone with a few washes, a few washes later and my silver was turning blue, I messaged her again to ask what was going on and she said to wash it with a bar of soap to strip the dark, I did that a few times, now 2 weeks later almost all of my silver is blue, dark blue and I hate it, in the chair she informed me that the black would help to tone the silver and keep it ashy but never was blue mentioned, she then informed me that she only had black blue dye in the shop and used it on me anyways, when I told her about my now solidly blue silver she blamed my hair (which has never reacted this way to dye before) then blamed the shampoo I was using, and then informed me that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for her supplies or buy my own dye and bring it in for her to use. She refuses to fix her mistake saying I at least need to pay for the products she uses to fix it. I am extremely unhappy with the service I was in love with my hair when I walked out and was absolutely gutted and hating the way it looks within a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend got her hair done and the girl who did is was a compete amateur. Did not know what she was doing and burnt it. She was also horribly rude. the hairstylists name was taylor. Even worse was that tia attempted to fix my girlfriend's hair and while she was doing it she broke wind right in my girlfriends face without a care In the world. The smell was so putrid I had to leave the building. I don't recommend this place
