★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What started as a simple replacement for bathroom lights, we've worked with Mel McKenzie on a few occasions lately and he is outstanding!! He helped with bathroom lights and a kitchen table light. And now with his guidance, we've replaced some ceiling lights and he provided a great solution for the back entrance light! The products here are excellent, the selection is amazing, fair pricing and service from Mel is 100%. Thank you! Just a few more items to go ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional selection at this location. When you walk in it is well lit and the space is very large. Most of the overhead lighting is operational making it easier to see what it is like when all lit up. Prices are great and the staff was available but not pushy. Overall worth stopping in for a look when shopping for lighting. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero effort in assistance. Did not even walk is over to the place where we could have seen alternatives to our needs. We were willing to spend tons on what we needed. After some private discission, the attitude alone sent us out the door. The attitude The place was empty.
Replying to signature;
As for "two" helping, the man just pointed at the back and said "that way." Not service.
We were NOT offered to look at catalogues by the girl. She flipped through one in her hands, not showing me or stopping at any pages. Then shrugged and said you have too many to look at. Again, she did NOT offer the catalogues, or the possibility to look through your online presence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David took the time to make a call that the other lighting stores didn’t and found me 2 lights I needed that were discontinued!! Had no hope of finding them after checking with another Calgary lighting store but I guess that’s what makes a personalized and higher level experience here. Impressed with the service so bought all my lights here for my reno. Couldn’t be more pleased.

This was my first time buying any sort of lighting for a new house and she offered great perspective on lighting options that I wouldn't have considered if left to my own devices.
Shelly was great at listening to what type of style I liked and pointing me in a direction that captured my vision and also made the space flow.
