Best place to get signs and logos done in GTA. They designed logo for my small business at very affordable price. Staff was cooperative and helpful. I placed an order with Sign A Rama just over a month ago after joining a new and growing business. I was promised a fast turn around time by the associate, Michael for business cards. I provided him with the information for the business cards but when it came down to the time to review the design proofs, every single time there was an error with the information on proofs despite having provided Michael with the correct information. A staff member's name would be spelt incorrectly or phone numbers were incorrect on the cards pushing my order to a longer turn around time to receive the next set of proofs before moving on to printing. Proofs were finalized and approved and I was promised to receive my cards within the week, after not hearing a reply and phoning several times, I was finally told that there was a delay and I would receive my order within an additional few days.This promise was not met. With still no response and an opening night for our venue, our entire management had no business cards and was told the night of, that there was an issue with the printers. At the time, I was once again promised that my business cards would be received in an additional week, that was 5 days ago. I still have no business cards and am now being told that my cards were lost by UPS by the associate. My business has been given the run around for way too long! I want to cancel my order and the associate is neither willing to issue me a refund or provide some sort of compensation. He is demanding the remainder of the balance despite my request to cancel the order numerous times. We have previously ordered multiple flyers, banners and business cards for our business from Sign A Rama and have been happy with the service. But believe me, one bad experience can and will ruin it all! Looking to switch my graphic and printing needs to another business ASAP.

Decals were exactly how I wanted them and installation was super easy. Great product. Service was mostly good except some delays in getting a response, however I must say the product was ready by the time I needed it.

Horrible horrible service! Ordered a sign for my home off an ad they had on Facebook Marketplace. They had no problem paying attention when getting my order but after that it's been a nightmare. Guy on Facebook ad took days to answer. I ended up speaking with Vashish and thought I was getting somewhere. I paid for courier service and its now 4 days later and have not received my order. After I sent money for courier he didn't respond to my email asking when I could expect my order. I have sent 4 more emails left messages and noone is picking up the phone or responding. Hate to give poor review but someone needs to smarten up here.

I got my car wrapped for my business and The process from communicating to getting the sign done was pretty smooth. Price was reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend for any kind of graphics work for your car.
