★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes so long to get a quote, it's been longer than 2 business days and still no quote on a simple cut vinyl job.
Had to contact them a second time to ask if they were still in business just to get a confirmation that they had received my request. All they said was that they are very busy and will get to it today or tomorrow., and nothing today...
It shouldn't take 2 plus business days just to get a quote, how long will it take to do the job if it takes this long to give a quick quote?.
A customer should feel wanted and valued, not ignored and like there money is not needed - I definitely don't feel valued.
Very disappointed!
