It's one thing to be in your business for 25 years and act as if you're very good at your work, but it's another to provide VERY POOR customer service to your customers. Unfortunately, he was very rude, weird, unprofessional and over charged for everything. He will not respect customers request. I called in 20 minutes after placing an order to cancel it which was for pickup the following day , and he declined my request due to him not wanting to lose the money in full. If you can go elsewhere for prints, please do so! We did our homework before going to him, and we happened to call one other place afterwards as well which ended up being $120 cheaper for what we wanted, and that's why we originally called to cancel, and he was very disgustingly rude about it and was scared to lose us as a customer so he refused to refund us due to him saying " I already started the work". We offered a fee for cancellation, and he ALSO refused that . Overall, find somewhere and someone else that will treat you like a good customer, and provide you professional work, and service! :)
