★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in a tight situation where we needed to have a structural engineer come and look at our house for the new buyers to appease their mind. When I called Sigma Contracting and spoke with Daniel, he was able to comply with my request and squeeze me in their already bysy schedule for the very next day. I was so grateful! This company is extremely professional and prompt as well as reliable. The day after the Engineer (Bob) was at our house and within 12 hours a written report was emailed to me so that I could send to the realtor immediately. No payment issues or requests were ever pushed and after I emailed/ texted Daniel for the final bill he advised he would draft up the invoice and send to me within a couple of days. So report received without even being harassed for payment was a sign we were dealing with a wonderful, professional and high end Corporation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sigma Contracting to anyone who is looking for piece of mind in a structure they own, are selling, ir wanting to buy. Thanks for being there for us!
