Definitely targeted to the younger audience with the baby/toddler swings. Unfortunately, it’s location makes it unsuitable for this same age.
It’s right at the end of a T-intersection (though, admittedly it’s a small cualdasac ), and along a fairly busy street (it’s the only access for a few hundred homes). If it’s job was to look inviting to the community for drivers then it does it every time. If it’s job is to provide a safe play experience for youngsters it misses the mark. You will forever be chasing your toddler back to the play area (and the road is on the busier side too!)
