Kuldeep S. Sidhu of Sidhu Law Office was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2015 after the successful completion of the Certificate of Qualification from NCA, Ontario in 2013. Credentials: Symbiosis International University’s School of Law Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) 1998. ILS Law College, Pune. Bachelor’s in Social Legal Sciences (B.S.L.) 1996. Did his initial Schooling at YPS Patiala.
Kuldeep is a politician who is very active with PC Party, and did contest nominations elections in McCall constituency for MLA, in 2015.
Kuldeep is vice-president of NGO Sarvarth operating in India.
Prior to starting his own practice in Calgary N.E, Kuldeep was practicing as a lawyer at Calcutta High Court, In India, and was a CEO of Milap Roadlines in Calcutta.
He was also an articling student before being admitted to the Alberta Bar with Walia Law office & Kushwaha Law office, Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband (Arminder Dhillon) has some experience with Mr Sidhu from Sidhu Law Office as Mr Sidhu took money from my husband (regarding a divorce/custody matter with the ex wife). Took the money from my hubby without providing any documentation or paperwork. Also never actually got a signature from my husband regarding what servcie Mr Sidhu was going to provide. Also Mr Sidhu met with the ex -wife as well ( conflict of interest). He did not tell my husband nor the ex wife that he was seeing both parties. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone as he takes advantage of people in difficult life situations. We have been thinking about going to the Alberta law society to report this law office for unprofessional conduct. Also the positive reviews posted in this portal seem to be from the same person. The pic of the 2 reviews is the same person with name changed.
My Sidhu-you are lying by saying that Amrinder Singh Dhillon was not your client. Check you records again. He met with you on Nov 9, 2020 at your office Sidhu law office -4852 50 ave northeast calgary AB T3J 4L8. We also have proof of the meeting. Also you sent Amrinder a receipt in the amount of $630 for payment you took from him. If you don’t deal with divorce custody issues why did you take payment. Lying and taking cases out of your area of expertise is unprofessional conduct. We will be reporting to the Alberta Law Society. Do not use this lawyer as he is unprofessional as he lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning, I went to the Sidhu Law Office, as a response to the owner’s request to visit him as stated in his response to my last comment in Google reviews.
I would like to thank Mr. Kuldeep S. Sidhu for his apology for the inconvenience that happened during my last business visit; he handed and was willing to refund all the $40 he charged before, but I insisted to receive only the $20, which I believe it is mine.
The message learned: The way you respect and serve your customers satisfactory, it is the only pathway to realize success.
