Une mention spéciale à la préposée à l'accueil qui était sans reproche et qui vous vaut bien le 5étoiles. #sherbrookespotted First of all, I wanted to say bravo to the entire Siboire team who are doing an exceptional job, especially during the pandemic to keep the same good atmosphere and especially the standards of health and public health measures respected to the letter. A special mention to the receptionist who was faultless and well worth the 5 stars. #sherbrookespotted

Je met 4 étoiles car les serveurs manque un peux d'expérience mais dans l'ensemble , c'est un sans faute ! Je vais y retourner c'est certain ! Super good atmosphere! We had a fish and tchips and had some of the best I have eaten! I put 4 stars because the servers lack a bit of experience but overall, it is flawless! I will go back for sure!

-	- Aodoine “Aodoine” - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional marketing, the name based off a sacred word turned to be a daily task Siboire instead of Ciboire(Chalice). The beers are the best there is in the province of Quebec period. Great selection of IPA, NEIPA, the Certitude is a really good sour brewed with local ingredients only. The Discipline is an alcohol free beer and to my taste the best. And the fish and chips!! The owners went for a world class training in England to learn from the best and it transpire in the food! You need to stop at Depot for a guided tour of the brewery and the old train station. At Jacques Cartier the style is more trendy but you can still feel the bike vibe from the owners. And don't forget Montreal and their Siboire on St-Laurent!
