★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of water sports equipment, accessories and clothing. However was quite depleted due to Civid this year. The girl at the desk inside the front door is not fit to be working in retail - At the very least, a friendly greeting towards a customer who walks in goes a long way. She was so attached to her cellphone that we barely got an acknowledgment. However there was a guy also working there also that at least put in an effort to try and sell us something. Owners would do much better if they hired people who are geared towards customer service and have some enthusiasm for it.

Adam here every once in while you find a speciality store, you go in and find the owner who is passionate about what he does. Now mix in an incredible amount of product knowledge/experience and you have great outcomes. meaning all my question where answered and Mike genuinely wants you to be satisfied.
I live in Penticton and all my waterski friends say Mike at Shuswap ski and Board is the place to go.
Well I made it there and guess what Mike can answer your questions + get you product that will make your days on the water that much more enjoyable
