★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Master Ensuite Glass Shower Enclosure installed by Shower Lagoon and we are extremely amazed with the quality. It looks absolutely fantastic and it gives the ensuite that elegant look that we were looking to achieve. Billy came to do the measurements and he was an absolute pleasure to meet. It was great as well to have him come personally and do the installation with one of his skilled assistants. From the very onset of meeting Billy, we knew that this would be the company that we would hire to do the job for us. He was very professional, pleasant and highly knowledgable in his field of expertise. Communication with the office when we had questions or concerns, were answered quickly and we were always treated with the utmost respect at all times. If you are looking for a highly knowledgable team of people to install your shower enclosures to a custom fit, I would Highly Recommend Billy and his team at Shower Lagoon. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Shower Lagoon. Billy (owner) came and did the measurements, and then I had Johnan and Romeo installing the glass shower doors about 1 week later. Everyone was really pleasant to deal with and Johnan and Romeo did a fantastic installation. I was worried about tile chipping where the hinges would need to be installed, but like true professionals everything turned out perfectly. Very happy with their work and kind service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They installed my shower surround. Initially, it was good, no issues. However, the shower wall cracked without anyone touching it. We called them and they wanted more money to come and look at it! They took no responsibility for their work or product. After I hired another company to fix the damage, they informed me that the original install was poorly performed. For example, they used lower grade caulk that would grey; they covered up a crack in the door hinge; they used a u-channel for the lower portion of the wall that would eventually collect water and mould (which it did) and the gaps between the door and stationary wall was inconsistent. Importantly, the way they installed it led to the crack, not the recommended way.
Buyer beware! The shower looked good but wasn't well installed. Further, the owner was belligerent, ignorant and really didn't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond pleased with the professionalism of Billy & his men who completed installation of my shower door. Billy went above & beyond in his service for me. I had a small issue with the glass and Billy responded immediately and followed through as he stated he would. The glass was replaced at no charge in a timely manner. The installers were very efficient & friendly. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service and product. Thank you so much to Billy and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billy, of Shower Lagoon came by and installed a sliding glass door on my tub that previously had a shower curtain. I paid him the agreed price and he left.
Later, I found that the job was not completely satisfactory to me. So I called him back and sought his cooperation to get the problem fixed.
Being an honest person and wanting to please his customer, Billy came back subsequently and checked out the reason for my dissatisfaction. He retook the measurements and replaced the glass and equipment with a brand new system so that the job could be completed to my satisfaction.
Looking back, the problem faced initially was not due to the workmanship of Shower Lagoon but the poor quality tub that was installed by the builders of my home. Even my son, seemed to agree that the problem was that of the tub that was poorly constructed. Despite this issue, Shower Lagoon’s men worked very hard, made necessary adjustments and got the job done perfectly using the new system.
Rarely do you find suppliers who would respond so efficiently to fix a problem after they have been paid in full. Their installers are very respectful and receptive of their client’s requirements.
I would strongly recommend dealing with Shower Lagoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Shower Lagoon install a frameless glass door for the master bedroom shower and was very impressed with the quality of work and installation. The installation guys were very professional and efficient. They were quick and there was no mess left behind for us to clean up. Overall a great experience and I would most definitely use them again when I am redoing the other showers in the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Shower Lagoon team in to install custom shower glass and mirror in our basement bathroom. We had a specific look in mind and Billy was able to deliver exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Jonah and Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the install which included working overtime to resolve an issue they could have easily left for our contractor to sort out. We will definitely have them back for our second bathroom renovation. Highly, highly recommend!
