They don't even deserve 1 star, don't have a choice but to choose 1 star but if there is a negative, I will give negative 5 out of 5. Customer service????. Manager of the store can't even hold her temper, WOW!!!! You're not qualified for that position.?????. She's claiming to be he manager of the store in garden city "Ally Taylor" but the way she acts and treats customers. Shouting and embarass infront of the other customers. That's not the qualifications of a manager and not educated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very little care for customer service or satisfaction. It seems that employees are unsatisfied with their minimum wage job, and they are far too caught up in their egos and feel the need to belittle their customers. If there was a rating on negative I put negative 5 out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your kids want toys from here, try and find them almost anywhere else. Showcase generally marks up their children's toys by 40 to 60%. However, they do generally have a really good selection of the latest craze toys. I would suggest seeing if GameStop across the way has what your child wants instead. For adult stuff, they sell all sorts of as seen on TV type things. If you enjoy that type of thing, then this story should be good for you.
