The Shoreline roofers were thoroughly professional and meticulous in tearing off our old roof and replacing the asphalt shingles, while making sure that any building debris was disposed of promptly and safely. Would highly recommend Shoreline!

They worked really hard in some miserable weather to get the job done quickly. They took photos and explained everything to me clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The owner, Ed Coombs responded to my calls and questions promptly and was very friendly and helped put me at ease about my concerns. And the pricing was very competitive. They were in a very slim minority for the Victoria area - a local, reliable and professional company that went over and beyond what was expected from them. Ed was extremely prompt in all of his communications, his team were personable and courteous, the work was neat and to a high standard, and the end payment was 100% in line with the original estimation. No unpleasant surprises! So great to find such an amazing team, and Ed even returned on site to do a little extra job that wasn't even part of his scope of work! He then did two final inspections on site to check that we were satisfied with the work. What an outstanding team. I would not hesitate to recommend Shoreline to anyone who needs reliability and attention to detail.

Their attention to detail is second to none, Trust me on that as i am as picky as they come when work needs to done on my house. The way they hold themselves to a higher standard is amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my roof and i mean fantastic they had no problem explaining the process in detail as they were doing the job. I researched 4 roofing companies, and their are some good companies out there don't get me wrong but after meeting and talking to Ed and his crew it was a no brainer, They treated my house like it was theirs,, Thanks once again guys,,, you truly are the best,,Cheers
