She was so nice and patient on the phone but then I needed a ride and she was the one that drove me to my appointment and back and I couldn’t have asked for a better driver :)
She was sweet, nice and a joy to be around, I wish she was my friend in real life!
And my IUD doctor Dr. Gurnani was also really patient and caring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is far from deserved. It is extremely concerning that this is a business providing health care when they refuse to return phone calls. If you enjoy making numerous calls, leaving multiple voice messages, indicate very specifically it is a time sensitive matter requiring some information and still go OVER a week with no return call, this is definitely the place for you. Their voice-mail indicates calls back within 48 hours. HA! Absolutely despicable "service". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time. This business does NOT care about you or your health concerns.
