M	Matt Duff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope you're not in a hurry for your prescription, I've been in there 3 different times in the last week to pickup different prescriptions and everytime they weren't ready. First one two days after I phoned it in, Second one, a day after the Dentist faxed one over and the third 12 hours after the doctors office faxed a script over. The last one I was told it would at least several hours yet. I feel like you should have to wait days for a presciptions as usually they are to adress something that needs to corrected. I've been told Zehrs is much more prompt.

Came back in 20 min. "oh its going to be another 20 minutes" ok sure probably just busy. Third time "oh im sorry it's going to be another 20 minutes, but you are next". I come back the 4th time and guess what "sorry its another 20 minutes". This is ridiculous. Never come here.

S	Susan Doig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes way too long to get prescriptions filled. They tell u it will be ready in 20 minutes and end up going back in 3 hours. Customer relations needs to be improved greatly.
j	j. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filing a formal complaint. Worst.pharmacy.ever. my daughter was diagnosed with SEVERE disease and she had a large prescription to fill. They only had part so were ordering more. Fine, come back a few days later, down to my last half day supply of her meds and they only ordered 1 PART BOTTLE, not even a 2 day supply when the prescription was for 2 weeks... no one could answer why they would order so little. I had to run around to find part bottles to keep me going until they got more supply... again. She absolutley cannot just stop the medicine and they had zero empathy, said well nothing we can do until trucks come in. They also gave me soooo much trouble to get a week supply of the medication... couldnt understand why I needed more than one bottle. One bottle only does 2 days of meds and like I said she cannot just stop the meds, its winter and I wanted to make sure I had lots because we were travelling to Hamilton often. That is just the tip of the iceberg with my experience.

Not once but twice no I have had to go without very important medications that cannot be missed. My one injection medication is critical it needs to admistered at the same day Weekly..it cannot be missed I was told "umm we don't have any of that in" when I placed my order well over a week ago. These medications are important and it's beyond unacceptable that I now have to go without until whenever they come in. I work full time as I cannot afford to miss work because I am in unbearable pain.
s	sienna hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into shoppers with my brother today and bought a watermelon Arizona and when I got to the bottom of the drink and took a sip there was weird gritty textured black stuff in my drink, so I poured it out to see what it was. GROSS!!
