★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought self check out was optional? The cashier then needs a day off because slamming things and being rude to customers is really not good. I was in a line there today and body language and slamming receipts on counter was commented on in the line up. Don't like your job then go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Shoppers Drug Mart after travelling quite a far distance for holidays and realizing that I had forgotten all of my essential medications at home. Knowing a pharmacist back at home, I made a quick call to find out what to do in this situation; I was told that pharmacists have the ability to easily remedy situations like this. I went to this Shoppers Drug Mart location and explained my situation but the pharmacist was unwilling to assist me. After being rudely dismissed with instructions on how I could make phone calls and have the problem solved (thousands of kilometers from home), I went to a small independent pharmacy where the staff was professional and reassuring and had my prescriptions filled within a very short time. If you are in a bind and not a regular customer at this store, I recommend avoiding this Shoppers and go to an independent pharmacy where they will go above and beyond to resolve any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to pick up my prescription postop from knee replacement surgery. Discharge same day and winter storm coming and long drive back to thunder Bay. We were told we were told it would be an hour wait, we explained it was a little bit urgent because we had to get on the highway. After the wait we were told Medication the antibiotic and given a slip of paper to give to my pharmacy for them to call tomorrow and make arrangements. Are you kidding a pharmacy out of antibiotic? As it goes 24 hours at 24 hours later I’m still waiting. Not an acceptable situation. I hope I don’t get an infection thanks Shoppers.l I should’ve at least got a dose to get me home or two doses. Absolutely unacceptable. Very poor service.Holiday or not because it was December 11 it’s still no way to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a rude lady who works in the front with while hair.
She has came up to me while I was buying headphones and instead of asking politely and not embarrassing me, she grabbed my bag and looked in it. Of course nothing was in it, she did this twice.
I'm overall disappointed, very discrimntative in my eyes and lacks awareness obviously.
All while costumers stood there.
Very professional right? Clearly this lady lacks many skills she should have

Staff are rude, old woman with white hair has this "I hate my life and my job so ill be miserable to you" attitude that multiple people have reported and nothing happens. Cashier tried to keep my receipt when I bought headphones and prices are an absolute scam. $32 for whey protein? Walmartz a 5 minute drive, sells it for $22. SCAM.
