S	Sharlene “SharShar” Bigcharles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad just had a stroke last week when we got his prescriptions filled they "accidently" put in someone else's pills. Gave it to him befor realizing there one extra thank god it was only a water pill but it coulda been way more serious that coulda caused his life and all the pharmacist said was " bring it back in and we will refund you" and went on saying "I wasn't here for that" doesn't matter take responsibility for you team and apologize for your team's actions or lack of. Disgusted with fort st John's pharmacy.
A	Amanda Pinette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well in shoppers drug Mart an employee was EXTREMELY rude, discriminatory against mental illness, verbally harassed me, yelled at me, caused an anxiety attack, and tried to stop me from picking up my medication that day (for mental illness) as well as making me unable to pick it up at that pharmacy again (which I won’t be). I called to report to the main company who deals with all complaints where I was told that the store manager would be phoning me to talk about this problem. I was unable to provide him (the first complaints gentleman) with the name of the lady due to the fact no one in the store would tell me, not her nor the pharmacy employees, I also was not contacted by the manager. Supporting an employee and allowing them to act that way and continue to work at that establishment is unacceptable.
D	Dawson Millen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the man in the pharmacy, he verbally harrased me without cause after he entered the information on the prescription pickup incorrectly . He deliberately yelled at me "what's wrong with you?!" The information I gave him was correct. He continued to say "what's wrong you come back tomorrow" I had done nothing at all to instigate his anger and will not tolerate to be talked to like this by anyone especially at a professional setting. His staff I'm sure agree very strongly
M	Monica Schroeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in FSJ for a family emergency. My doctor faxed my prescription twice with verifying Shoppers fax number in between. But shoppers claims they did not receive it. Maybe its best to take my business elsewhere where they have a working fax machine.
C	Cara Cutler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are not only rude and impatieny with people with permanent disabilities but they also CHARGED me for my medication when I am 100% covered. They also haven't returned my calls. I am now a happy Walmart pharmacy customer
S	Saryna Messerschmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My 4 year old son needs very important meds daily. And in the 4 years of going to this pharmacy I have had nothing but problems. Recently I ordered a refill of his medication, upon picking it up they told me they didn't have it. Had to spend 30 minutes while they called around the city to find a bottle and was then sent to Royal oak. Next month I went to refill his prescription and was rudely told they couldn't fill it, wouldn't fax his doctor and in the end found out they had lost the prescription. The women I spoke with was the most rude person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I will NEVER step in the doors of this Shoppers ever again and advise any person with important medications to go elsewhere.
A	Allister Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this pharmacy for 15 years and never have I been talked to and treated this badly ever. I had a mask on when entering the store. The perfume smell was so strong at the entrance it took my breath away. I had to remove my mask to breathe. Explaining it to the pharmacist told me that they didn't need my business and to go somewhere that doesn't sell perfume. Maybe it's time to go elsewhere.
L	L Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to call this pharmacy from Surrey to transfer my husband’s prescriptions here from a different lower mainland chain, and I was helped by Ramaleen (sp?). She was extremely helpful and efficient, and seamlessly transferred all the prescriptions over the same day. She even gave me a courtesy call to let me know everything was ready to go, and was able to easily bill our extended health plan as well. Excellent service.
