M	Michelle Suchan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie was taking my passport photos today and let me tell you. She is AWESOME. Her and I were passing jokes and talking about hobbies and such things. The background lighting wasn't working very well so we had to adjust things and retake photos and she joked as if it was a photoshoot. It was hard for me not to laugh as she was taking pictures. I was only there for about 10 minutes and I felt as if I was welcome without a doubt. She has a very warm welcoming vibe. Customer service like that is hard to come by.
J	Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get passport photos taken here. Got mine done the other day, took over half and hour, the stamp was done incorrectly, and the picture was smudged. Can't use them. Waste of take and cost $22.

When I got there at 0900, a rude pharmacy tec told me that the next available appt was at 530 pm! Obviously you are lying on your website. I can understand the reviews of poor service and rudeness. There are plenty if other drug stores available...you dont have a monopoly yet. Please change the the incorrect information on your website so that people are not driving 35 km. For nothing!
T	Terry Johansson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I had such poor service. Never do they have all my prescriptions on time. Always end up owing me tablets. Have to make 2 trips to get my tablets. Even now I used the app to get my prescriptions and a day later only one is ready. These are dangerous prescriptions to run out of. If these were doctors, they'd get sued for medical negligence! They don't seem to care. I've complained before and I get false promises. Time I started to look for a pharmacy that cares about their customers. Sadly some of the staff are nice people. I just don't get it. Cannot depend on this pharmacy any longer.
D	Dawn Someone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been unhappy with this pharmacy for some time now. Last night was the last straw. I received a notification that my medication was ready for pick up. I drove over and waited in line only to be told I'd have to wait for an hour because it was not ready. I asked why I would get a notification that it's ready if it wasn't filled yet. The clerk repeated sorry it won't be ready for an hour. I ended up wasting time and gas $ for the last time because of incompetence! Someone had to mark the order as ready before I could get the notification that it was ready. This place has consistently short changed for my medication causing me in the past to have to alter vacation plans and drive back over to pick up the rest of my medication and it's not unusual medication either. The staff always seem to be confused, running around from one end of the dispensary to the other searching for filled orders while the line gets longer and longer. It's a frustrating place to shop and the prices of most other products are priced much higher than other places. Not a penny more of my hard earned dollars will this mega chain get from this girl!
K	Krista Bouchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a half star I would. I've been a customer of shoppers for almost 12 years but after today I'll never shop at this location again. The store is poorly managed! I try not to make it a habit of using restrooms in public spaces during this time but today I needed to use a washroom before my long drive. What a horribly disgusting bathroom!! The poor employees that have to allow customers to use these bathrooms! I say that because I saw another customer exit the bathroom before I went in. The man that came out left feces covered toilet paper on the floor and in the garbage bin! I almost threw up. Please managers and owners keep this space hygienic and safe for your employees and if need be, customers! OMG so shameful. I'll never be back to shop here after today.

While we were shopping a pharmacist listening in on our conversation came over to "help" she abruptly asked can I help you find something!? My young sister had a bit of a cough and congestion, which Absolutely can be caused by allergies, it's called post nasal drip. Perhaps they don't teach that in pharmacist school. The pharmacist then told her not to get what I had suggested. I was almost a nurse and also and am a certified naturopathic therapist. My young sister suffered all day and evening because of this rude and nosey woman. It turned out it was allergies and now she feels much better after taking some reactin as I suggested. A simple treatment which was avoided because of the ignorance of this unprofessional employee. She was a very large young woman with glasses and brown hair. She obviously needs to go back to school. You are a pharmacist NOT a doctor. And perhaps she needs to learn how to communicate with more decorum. I'll avoid this shoppers in the future because of her.
A	Anita B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time visiting this pharmacy. I was impressed by the service I received at the cash and also by how friendly the cashier was. What I was NOT impressed by was how horribly rude and uncouth the chubby pharmacists was. Myself and two other customers observed her yelling that "Can someone go to the cash now!" While the two nice ladies who were clearly busy working hard while she stood behind her desk drinking soda. They quickly came back over to help as they didn't see the other customer at first. The two other customers also commented on how rude she was, she made everyone very uncomfortable. I feel terrible that she would think to speak to her co workers this way, its not right. What a terrible experience for your customers and more so for the fellow co workers of this mean and obviously unprofessional woman.
